2. Our role
I S BROTHERS is an independent assisted-service centre, not a government department. Final approval, booking confirmation, policy issuance, transfer outcome and official decisions belong to the relevant provider or authority.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, review names and dates before submission, keep secret credentials private and respond when confirmation is required.
4. Fees and payments
Official fees, fares, premiums, taxes, provider charges and our assistance fee may be separate. Confirm the complete breakup and ask for a receipt before payment.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Government fees, tickets, policies and provider payments follow the applicable provider rules. Assistance already completed may be non-refundable when disclosed before payment.
6. Third-party services
External portals, authorities, airlines, insurers and payment providers operate independently. Their downtime, rules, pricing and decisions may affect completion.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to courts having jurisdiction over Bharwara, Bihar.
