Depending on the selected service, we may collect name, contact details, locality, service information, travel or vehicle details, and documents reasonably required to process the request.
Never submit OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs or CVV.
3. Purpose and consent
Information is used to review the request, contact you, explain documents and charges, process the selected work through the applicable authorised provider, maintain status and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the relevant CSC or authorised portal, rail channel, insurer, booking supplier, bank/payment provider, government authority, hosting or email provider when required for your selected service.
5. Retention and security
Website document uploads are intended to be removed within 30 days after the request no longer requires them, unless a longer period is required to finish the work or meet legal/provider duties. Reasonable access controls are used, but no internet system is risk-free.
